Orders
Placing an order means you are offering to purchase a product. Your order becomes final once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email. If an item cannot be delivered, we will notify you and issue a full refund. Purchases are intended for personal use only and not for resale or export.
Prices & Payment
All prices on Cerevia.eu include VAT. Prices may be adjusted or corrected when necessary. Payment options include iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout. Shipping is free within the Netherlands, free in the EU above €49, and standard rates apply below that amount.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped through PostNL. We process and dispatch all orders within one business day. Delivery times are 1–2 business days within the Netherlands and 3–7 business days within the EU. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, delays caused by postal services, customs or external factors are outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law; after notifying us by email within this period, the customer has 14 additional days to return the goods, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the withdrawal notification; for full details, please refer to our Returns page.

All content on Cerevia.eu including images, text, logos and product descriptions is owned by Cerevia.eu and protected by copyright and trademark law. Use of this content without written permission is not allowed.
Liability
Although we aim to provide accurate information, Cerevia.eu is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.
