Shipping policy

Shipping Overview

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands using PostNL. We aim to ensure your Cerevia.eu products arrive quickly, safely and in perfect condition.


Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within one business day after payment is confirmed.
During busy periods, new launches or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. If any delay occurs, we will inform you.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.


Shipping Rates

We keep shipping simple and transparent. Shipping within the Netherlands is free. Shipping within the EU is free on orders above €49, and a small fee applies to EU orders below this amount.
We currently ship to all European countries. If you live outside the EU and wish to order from us, contact us at info@cerevia.eu and we will explore the options.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are one to two business days within the Netherlands and three to seven business days within the EU, depending on the destination.
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a PostNL tracking link will be emailed to you.
If you have not received this link within three days after placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.


Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Although we work closely with PostNL to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather or local carrier issues.
Cerevia.eu is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once the parcel has left our facility.
If your package appears lost or delayed beyond normal delivery times, reach out to us and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply for redelivery.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within three days of delivery at info@cerevia.eu. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices on Cerevia.eu include VAT.
Customers within the EU will not incur any additional customs or import fees.
If you are outside the EU, local customs charges or import duties may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.
