Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email within this period. After notifying us, you have 14 additional days to return the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same payment method as the original transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof of return.
